PlannedQuest is not sold through public self-checkout. We use private payment links, direct outreach, and manual organization access controls so implementation stays high-trust and pricing fits real implementation goals instead of a generic license tier.
Tell us a little about who you're trying to serve — a class, a counselor caseload, a school site, a TRIO / Upward Bound cohort, a district pilot — and we'll send licensing options that fit.
How access is granted
Organization and site licenses are controlled manually with access end dates in the admin dashboard. Individual educator and counselor pilots use private subscription links instead of a public buy flow. Mission-aligned nonprofits and after-school programs can receive custom early-adoption arrangements.
What to include in your request
The fastest path to a real quote: your role, the population you're planning for (class / caseload / cohort / site / district), an approximate student count, and the timeline you're working against. A 15-minute conversation is usually enough to scope a fit.
